24 hours a day, 7 days a week community-based housing and recovery-focused support services for people aged 18 – 65years who experience mental health disorders.

The service aims to help people move towards more independent living or to retain their level of independence in the community. Tenants are supported to actively participate in the full management of their homes.


Other supports include services to increase access to:

  • regular clinical and community support
  • cultural support
  • transport to and from appointments
  • daily living and leisure activities
  • training opportunities toward employment, community participation and social integration
  • meaningful employment opportunities
  • community resources that may improve and promote independence.


Entry by referral from NASC, mental health inpatient services or through coordination by local needs assessment and coordination services
