The registered nurse will provide comprehensive assessments of mental health and addictions support needs for Whānau Whaiora aged between 18 and over. The service includes community and home-based supports. You will work within a multidisciplinary team who work collaboratively to achieve outcomes for whānau whaiora.
This position is full-time (40 hours per week between Monday - Sunday), and includes paid rostered on-call support for the service.
